The 7th International Internet Culture Expo (the “Digichina  Expo”) which was regarded as a mega internet cultural event in China was successfully held last week. This event was organized by Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, The State Administration of Radio Film and Television, General Administration of Press and Publication, State Council Information Office and China Communist Youth League.

 

This year, in the “China Outstanding Internet Corporate Awarding Ceremony”, there was an “Internet Green Lifestyle Promotion Award” and one company received this honor. C Y Foundation was the only company tp received this award, presented by the Ministry of Culture in recognition for C Y Foundation’s contribution to promoting a new internet digital entertainment lifestyle among the youth.

 

The aim of the “Internet Green Lifestyle Promotion Award” is to recognize enterprises that have made significant efforts to promote a healthy and positive internet culture, have strong social responsibility, and dedicated to improve the internet industry. With a mission of directing the young people to pursue a healthy internet life, C Y foundation was given this honor and won the award amongst other competitors.

 

The purpose of electronic tournament games is to strengthen teenager’s teamwork ability, and to develop their sense of good sportsmanship which is a key component in the healthy internet green life.  International E-sports Festival (IEF) which was organized by C Y Foundation, is one of the most well-known internet events in China.

 

China Youth E-sports Working Committee of China Youth Internet Association, in which the Company has actively participated in, is the first association in China in relations of teenager electronic tournament. The association has a great impact in developing the China green life electronic tournament and to increase the interests of young people in digital game activities.

 

“Internet Green Lifestyle” is one of the main themes in the Digichina Expo 2009. The “China Youth Green lifestyle internet communication Association” received big support from Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China Communist Youth League and China Youth Internet Association. The association also received co-operation from many internet media companies and the municipal governments, showing companies in this industry have paid great concern and have confidence in developing the Green internet Life.
