C Y Foundation Group

Groundbreaking high-end entertainment centre and internet café combination

(19 Sept 2007 – Hong Kong) — C Y Foundation Group Limited, (“C Y Foundation” or the “Group”, SEHK:1182), the interactive media entertainment company focused on providing quality entertainment across China, today announced the opening of its first flagship entertainment center, located in Shanghai.

Named Enternet, the opening of the entertainment center represents an important milestone for the Group in its move towards full commercialization of its online tournament product. The high end offering that the centre provides has little or no comparison anywhere in China and has been designed as beacon to attract internet café operators across China to the online capabilities that CY Foundation has to offer.

The groundbreaking entertainment center located at 23 Tian Ai Road Spur Track, Hongkou section, Shanghai, has a total floor area of approximately 1700 square meters. It offers an exceptional entertainment experience to players, where patrons can enjoy a spectrum of on-line and off-line activities and an internet café serving food and drinks. Initially, Enternet will open for business from 10 am to 1 am daily but will eventually operate round the clock.

Enternet has over 210 entertainment terminals, a spacious P-to-P gaming hall and 12 VIP rooms to give individual and small group customers privacy as required.  Other than virtual games, there are two movie centers where customers can enjoy live broadcast of sports events and a wide range of local and international films.  The gaming hall also has a dedicated lottery game room of approximately 200 square metres and a bar of also approximately 200 square metres for players to have food and drinks.

Teddy Cheng, Chairman of C Y Foundation, commented:

“The opening of our first entertainment center takes us a step closer to realizing our objective of establishing a sizeable online gaming community.  Going forward, we will seek to replicate this flagship entertainment center in other major cities in China and thereby to attract more online and offline players ,”

Sam Woelm, CEO of CY Foundation, added:

“Enternet provide a unique venue in which young people can relax, socialize and enjoy themselves. It also provides the ideal environment for CY Foundation to host its online tournaments, such as the Doudizhu and Mahjong tournament, which will be held soon. I look forward to the opening of more entertainment centers in the near future and the role out of our tournament offering.”
