08-09-2007 -- The Company Co-organizes IEF Sports Festival – A Giant Step to Driving Players to its Tournaments : The Company co-organized the finals of the International E-Sports Festival with Network Media Center. The IEF is an online sports tournament featuring popular MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role-playing Game) attracts over 100,000 players from across China. The Company will use this player base to populate its own online tournament player base.
07-12-2007 -- First Beta Doudizhu Tournament – Market Testing for Pending Commercial Launch : The Company launched its first beta Zhongqingbei Doudizhu tournament. The Company sees huge potential for creating large Mega tournaments with arguably the most popular online game in China.
07-05-2007 -- Galaxy Entertainment Partnership – Strong Prizes and Cross Promotion to Drive Traffice : The Company announced a partnership with Galaxy Entertainment to provide travel packages to the Star World Hotel in Macau. The partnership with Galaxy will also allow both companies to drive traffic through their respective marketing channels.
06-22-2007 -- Company Expands to 200 Internet Cafes – The Distribution Channel is Building : The Company announced an expansion of its tournament activity to over 200 internet cafes in Shanghai. These 200 internet cafes are playing host to the Company’s second beta test Mahjong tournament.
6 June 2007 -- Company Announces T-Matrix Acquisition – Accelerated Roll Out is Emminent : The Company acquired T-Matrix Culture Company Limited, an internet café franchisor with a network of over 1,000 franchisee and alliance internet cafes. T-Matrix holds one of only 7 active licenses issued by the Ministry of Culture to franchise internet cafes nationwide in the PRC. This was a strategic acquisition for the Company. The Company intends to use the 1000 plus internet café network as a base to launch their tournament platform. The 1000 internet cafes is just the beginning and the Company will work with other internet café chains to expand the tournament platform into many more internet cafes across China.
05-01-2007 -- Company Launches First Beta Test – C Y Foundation Makes A Positive Step Into The Market : CYFCC launched its first beta Zhongqingbei Mahjong tournament in 50 internet cafes across Shanghai as proof of concept of the tournament platform. The prize package was 38,880 RMB. The final was held in a T-Matrix internet café with a successful full-house turnout.
04-28-2007 -- China Subsidiary Receives Government Approval – Operations Full Steam Ahead : PRC government authorities officially issued an operating license to C Y Foundation Culture Company Limited (“CYFCC”), the China-based joint venture subsidiary. CYFCC is responsible for operations of the online tournament platform roll out and marketing.
